WDW Standard Homes are an affordable and great alternative to hotel accommodation. Guests can take advantage of Florida’s sunny climate by opting to rent a home for their duration. This is a particularly popular choice for larger families and families traveling together, as a private home gives you extra room and a greater sense of freedom. Of course it also offers great value for your money. After a long and hot day in the theme parks there really is nothing better than relaxing by your own pool on a cool sunny Florida evening.
All homes are individual in their specifications and therefore floor plans may vary.
Situated in well established locations either in Kissimmee or on US 27, and are all within 20 minutes drive of Disney – subject to traffic conditions.
1 master bedroom with King or Queen bed and en-suite bathroom, plus additional bedrooms (each sleeping up to 2 persons - additional bedrooms may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds) and a 2nd bathroom.
Dining area with chairs (owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications so dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party)
Remote control color TV & telephone (check tariff prior to using as standard rates do not apply – prepaid phone cards are a better option)
Towels and linen are provided
Homes do not usually have safes
Other additional local charges will be made for cots & high chairs etc., which must be requested/added at the time of booking.
All reservations of 5 nights or less will be subject to a clean fee, to be added at the time of booking and varies, depending on the size of home

Pool Heating Information
All homes feature a private swimming pool. These can be heated (not June - Sept) and pool heat can be added at the time of booking.
Occupancy Levels
3 Bedroom Home: Maximum 06 people
4 Bedroom Home: Maximum 08 people
5 Bedroom Home: Maximum 10 people
6 Bedroom Home: Maximum 12 people
Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two (2) people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be located in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels.
Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away beds and these must be requested at the time of booking. An additional charge is made and is payable locally.
