  1. Which tickets should we buy?

    Pre-buying tickets to Orlando will mean huge savings. Many customers are still buying at the gate. This means, even if they only go twice to one of the parks, they will be paying more than the cost of a UK issued ticket. Disney, Universal and Seaworld Entertainment have developed special UK only tickets, to provide the best value and ease of use for you.

    We provide the actual tickets instead of vouchers which some other companies supply. The actual tickets are more sought after as they allow instant access to the parks, which means no long queues while waiting to exchange vouchers. Actual tickets also make great gifts or presents for the young and old alike.

    To keep things simple, these are the main parks:

    Walt Disney World
    Universal Studios / Islands of Adventure / City Walk / Wet and Wild water park
    Seaworld / Aquatica / Busch Gardens
    Discovery Cove

    First of all, always ask yourself if you wish to swim with the Dolphins at Discovery Cove. If you do, this product comes with either a choice of Seaworld / Aquatica / Busch Gardens or all three, for 14days access! This means you then only need to purchase a Disney ticket and a Universal Ticket! If you don't wish to visit Discovery Cove you should just look at the Disney tickets and the Flex and Flexplus tickets.

    Top Tip: The Flexticket and Flexticket Plus offer excellent parking concessions.
    Visit more than one park a day and only pay for parking once!

  3. What are your opening hours?

    Our website is online 24hrs a day. Online support is available from 9am till 10pm Monday to Sunday.

  4. Are the passes actual tickets?

    All Disney, Universal, Flextickets, SeaWorld, Combo and "Kids Eat Free" products are actual tickets (unless stated in product description)( We have some special deals on Vouchers at present)

    Discovery Cove produce E-Certificates, which give direct entry to the park.

    Dinner Shows, Blue Man Group, Kennedy Space Centre, Boggy Creek and Gatorland, Eat and Play are vouchers.

  5. When will we receive our tickets?

    Tickets are normally sent within 18 days of booking excluding Bank Holidays, unless advised at time of booking.

    Vouchers will be emailed or uploaded onto your order 3 days after purchase.

    Our stand alone Voucher products are sent by post around 10 days prior to travel to the customers home address. The reservation number will be made available on your booking within 7 days from booking.

    Discovery Cove takes 7 working days and is uploaded onto your order.

    You will receive email notification when tickets are sent or uploaded.

  6. What additional fees are there?

    There are no Debit card fees.
    1.25% fee for credit cards
    All tickets delivered free of charge.

  7. When do my tickets start?

    Tickets only start from the first time you use them!

  8. I am traveling in less than 18 days, can I still buy tickets from you?

    Yes! Just select your date of travel on the calendar and a black screen will come up saying:

    'Voucher Selected
    As you are traveling within 18 days
    we can only issue a voucher'

    Then tick box to continue with your booking.

    Vouchers will be emailed or downloadable 3 days after purchase.

    Vouchers are redeemed from Guest Services at Disney, Universal and Seaworld.

  9. What are the ages of the Children?

    Childrens ages are 3 - 9 years for all Disney, Seaworld, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Busch Gardens, Wet N Wild and Aquatica.

    Most of the other parks up to 12 years.

    If the child is 10 whilst on holiday, but will be 9 when the ticket is first used then a childs pass should be ordered.

  10. Discovery Cove

    What is the difference between the Choice Package and the Ultimate Package?
    Choice package gives you a day at Discovery Cove and 14 days unlimited access to one of the following parks: SeaWorld / Aquatica / Busch Gardens.
    Ultimate Package gives you a day at Discovery Cove and 14 days unlimited access to all of the following parks: SeaWorld / Aquatica / Busch Gardens.

    Can we go to the other parks prior to our day at Discovery Cove?
    Yes, just show your Discovery Cove certificates at either SeaWorld / Aquatica or Busch Gardens. You then have 14 days unlimited access from the first day you swipe your tickets at the turnstile.

    How old do children have to be to swim with the dolphins?
    Children need to be 6 years old. Any child under the age of twelve needs to be accompanied by an adult.

    Can we book only Non-Swims?
    Yes, you can now book a party of non-swims only!

    Is it the same price for Adults and Children
    Yes. Discovery Cove Charge for either Swim or Non-Swim
    Infants are no charge

    Can we take infants and how much would they cost?
    Yes you can. Just add their names to the comments box.
    There is no charge for infants.

    When do we receive our tickets?
    Discovery Cove Certificates take 7 days

    What is the booking process?
    Bookings are all made on the website with three dates required within the same price band. We will then issue Certificates in around 7 days.

    Can we cancel, change the names and change dates?
    Yes! At least 72hrs is required to cancel or change names free of charge. You can change your date once for free! However if you change to a different date band, you will have to pay the difference in price.

    We have a large party, will we all be booked in for the same day?
    Yes, we would only ever book everyone in for the same day.

    Why do we have to give three dates?
    If you are booking months in advance you will get your 1st choice date. However the park is very busy and has restrictions on the amount of people who can go each day. This means it is recommended that you book well in advance. If you are only booking a month or two months beforehand, we really need to have 3 choice dates.
    We put a list of sold out dates on the product information, just before you put your choice of dates in.

  11. I haven't received my tickets?

    Tickets can take up to 18 working days to be delivered. Should the passes not be received by this point, please use the Track Your Order section.

    If you have ordered vouchers or Multi- Tickets these can be downloaded from your order 3days after your purchase date. You must login to your account and then click on your order.

  12. Where are my Shopping Vouchers?

    Login and click on your order. They will be there if you have bought Disney tickets.

  13. Ticket SAFE

    Ensure complete peace of mind with our TicketSAFE Cover.

    Why should we purchase this cover?

    Once tickets are sent from our office, they are the sole responsibility of the client. Attraction tickets have a cash value and should be kept safely as we are unable to replace lost or stolen tickets so why risk this when you can cover yourself against such instances.

    What is covered?

    Our TicketSAFE Cover guarantees the replacement of lost or stolen tickets made available at the guest services desk of the relevant park in Florida. This single low price offers peace of mind and a quick solution to an urgent problem.

    We aim to communicate quickly and effectively to remedy the issue and will ensure the replacement passes are made available at your convenience.

    How is the cover issued?

    Once booked, your reference number is your cover note so this should be quoted in all communications.
    The price covers the entire purchase and is not a per person fee. Just select one ticket to cover your purchase. Login and click on your order, then click on "tickeSAFE" for your details.

    How do I use the coupon code?

    You need to select ticketSAFE first and then enter the code.

  14. Are the Disney passes fastpass enabled?

    Yes! Simply take your ticket to the desired ride to collect your return time.

  15. Are the Disney Ultimate and Premium tickets Hoppers?

    Yes, you can hop between all of the Disney parks and Disney water parks with the Ultimate tickets.

    The Premium tickets give you either 5 or 7 days hopping within the 4 main Disney parks and then 5 or 7 separate visits to the Disney water parks. So if you go to a water park on the same day as one of the main parks, that is counted as one of your visits.

  16. Why do you require our date of departure?

    This is required to ensure we can deliver tickets to you in advance of your departure date. Please ensure this is the date you will actually be leaving your house. Tickets only start from the first time you use them!

  17. Can this year's tickets be used next year?

    Seaworld passes must be used within 1 year from purchase. 3for2 promotion must be used between dates given.
    Disney tickets which are valid for 2011 can be used into 2012 as long as they are activated in 2011.
    Flextickets and Flexplus tickets which are valid for 2011 can be used into 2012 as long as they are activated in 2011.
    Universal 2 and 3 park tickets which are valid for 2011 can be used into 2012 as long as they are activated in 2011.

  18. Do you offer group discounts?

    We do not offer group discounts as we aim to offer the very best prices to all customers.

  19. Do you price match?

    No. We monitor the market daily to ensure our prices are competitive and offer fantastic value for money and therefore save clients the hassle of ringing around.

  20. What are voucher products?

    As a travel agent, we can access specially discounted rates from UK tour operators. These savings are passed onto clients who are happy to receive a voucher with redemption at the park upon presentation of valid ID. The suppliers despatch the ticket paperwork 2 weeks before travel.

  21. Can I pay a deposit?

    We do not currently take deposits.

  22. What happens if we need to cancel?

    Tickets are 100% non refundable once payment is taken by Travelbuzz Limited.

    In exceptional circumstances such as Ash Cloud disruption, changes can be made.
    Universal and Flextickets which are valid for 2011 can be used into 2012 as long as they are activated in 2011.
    Disney tickets which are valid for 2011 can be used into 2012 as long as they are activated in 2011. If you need to change to 2012 for your Disney tickets, we can take this up with Disney on your behalf.

  23. Are online transactions secure?

    Yes, we employ the latest secure socket levels to ensure all transactions are securely made. Furthermore, all card details are automatically removed from our server 48 hours from submission.
