  • Are the passes actual tickets?

    All Disney, Universal, Flextickets, SeaWorld, Combo and Multi products are actual tickets.

    Discovery Cove produce E-Certificates, which give direct entry to the park and are made available for download.

    Dinner Shows, Sanford Lounge, Blue Man Group, Boggy Creek, Gatorland, Kennedy Space Centre, "Kids Eat Free" and "Eat and Play" are vouchers.

  • Do you offer group discounts?

    We do not offer group discounts as we aim to offer the very best prices to all customers.

  • Are you part of ABTA?

    We are part of the Hays Travel Independence Group ABTA L4337.

  • When will we receive our tickets?

    Tickets are normally sent within 18 days of booking excluding Bank Holidays, unless advised at time of booking. You will be emailed a Royal Mail tracker on the day we send them.

    Vouchers will be emailed or uploaded onto your order 3 days after purchase.

    Discovery Cove takes 7 working days and is uploaded onto your order.

    You will receive email notification when tickets are sent or uploaded.

  • I am traveling in less than 18 days, can I still buy tickets from you?

    Yes! Just select your date of travel on the calendar and a black screen will come up saying:

    'Voucher Selected
    As you are traveling within 18 days
    we can only issue a voucher'

    Then tick box to continue with your booking.

    Vouchers will be emailed or made downloadable 3 days after purchase. Unless advised at time of processing.

    Vouchers are redeemed from Guest Services at Disney, Universal and Seaworld, Aquatica and Busch Gardens.
